Altha Randolf Baldwin, 72, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 1989 at the St. Charles Medical Center, Bend, OR, after having open heart surgery. Altha was married to Shelby Baldwin in Beaver Dam, KY, May 16, 1936. They have been residents in Klamath Falls for 37 years. She is survived by her husband Shelby Baldwin, Klamath Falls, OR; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Ray and Sue Baldwin, Oklahoma City, OK; daughters and son-in-law, Deborah and Gary Trammell, Choctaw, OK, Katherine and Randy Weems, Newalla, OK; granddaughter, Kristie Ray Baldwin, Oklahaoma City, OK; great-grandchildren, Jason, Eric, Brian, and Scott, all of Oklahoma.
