Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late William H. Baldwin Sr. and the late Elsie Egolf Baldwin.
Prior to her retirement, she worked for the West Chester Area School District for more than 30 years.
Betty enjoyed sewing, knitting and collectables.
Her joy was spending time with her daughter, grandchild and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Robert W. Jr., husband of Debra of Atglen; daughter, Deborah J. Herb, wife of Donald R. Jr. of West Chester; sister, Helen Seiple, wife of Robert Sr. of West Chester; grandchildren, Heather Snyder, wife of Steven of Downingtown, and Robert W. Ashby Jr., Jennifer Ashby, Kara Ashby and James Ashby, all of Atglen; and two great-grandchildren, Gavin and Grace Snyder of Downingtown.
She was predeceased by a brother, William H. Baldwin Jr.

Interment will be in Green Mount Cemetery, West Chester.
