She was united in marriage to Darrell Ballew on July 15, 1957. They made their home in Watonga, OK. Christine worked for Watonga Hospital for 17 years as a dietician. She also was an Avon representative for nearly 30 years. She was preceded in death by her father Lowell Rogers; husband Darrell Ballew; son Roger Ballew and infant son James Leroy Ballew; Christine is survived by one son, Lowell Ballew and wife Sandra of Watonga, OK; mother Minnie Rogers of Greenfield, OK; one brother James Rogers; one sister, Charlene Waggoner; five grandchildren, Michael Ballew, LaTricia (Ballew) Johnson, Roger Gordon, Kimberly Ballew and Tiffany Ballew; two great-grandchildren, Paizleigh Gordon and Brayson Gordon; Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 12, 2008 at Oasis Church in Watonga, OK with Pastor Dusty Giles officiating. Burial will follow in West Mount Pleasant Cemetery west of Watonga under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton, OK.
