Paula LOPEZ-Banchieri was born to Leandra BONELL (1867-1930) & Norberto LOPEZ (?-?), and her birthdate is believed to be June 29, 1894, in town of Zavala, Sinaloa, MEXICO. Paula had seven siblings -Lino LOPEZ, Elena LOPEZ, Fidelfia LOPEZ, Maria LOPEZ, Asuncion LOPEZ, Isabel LOPEZ, and half-sister Sara NUNEZ.

Paula LOPEZ emigrated to U.S. sailing on July 2, 1919 on the "S.S. Alliance" from Mazalan, MEXICO, arriving July 10, 1919, in San Francisco, California. On the manifest, Paula's age was listed as 25. Within a few short years, Paula met Aniceto Addon Banchieri and they married in San Francisco City Hall, in 1924. By 1932, a son Armando Norbert Banchieri was born to Paula and Aniceto on July 17, 1932, in San Francisco General Hospital. In 1936/37 the Banchieris bought their first home at 1052 Rhode Island St. in San Francisco, CA. -Paula made a home there for the next two decades, until she fell ill in her home, and untimely died June 4, 1959. Her husband Aniceto was a U.S. military WWI veteran, so Paula was laid to rest in Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, CA. At the time of her death, she was survived by her husband, Aniceto Banchieri (1887-1980), son Armando, and daughter-in-law, Eugenia CARDONA-Banchieri.
