CARNELL E. BANKS, 97, passed Wednesday, December 28, 2011, at Graceland Nursing Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Martha Edwards; husband, Charles A. Banks, Jr.; daughter, Charmaine Banks; and sister, Ernestine Cohran.
Mrs. Banks is survived by her devoted son, Charles A. Banks III; three grandchildren, Tamara B. Agee (Uras III) of Lawrence, GA, Charles A. Banks IV (Undrea), and Gerald H. Banks (Debbie); seven great-grandchildren, Uras Agee IV, and Amber Agee, Langston Agee of Lawrenceville, GA, Dominique Banks, LeGerron Banks, Trey Banks, and Apryl Cullman; four nieces, Ava Sudduth of Martinez, CA, Eleanor Addison, Patricia Miller (William), and Dolores Johnson of Chicago, IL; one nephew, Reginald Cohran (Adella); one great-niece, Monica Sudduth of Martinez, CA; other relatives and friends.
