Final rites were said at the chapel of Fred Young and Co., Healdsburg on Wednesday afternoon, September 10, for Mrs. Adeline Harriett Banks who died in Auburn on September 6. She was 86 years of age. A native of San Bernardino, California, Mrs. Banka was the widow of the late John Banks of Healdsburg. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. May Luce of Nevada City: a son, Kenneth Banks of Healdsburg; two sisters, Mrs. Belle Abbott and Mrs. Stella Belated, both of Bakersfield. Also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Interment, Oak Mound Cemetery.
