Buddy was born and lived in Lowndes Co., Ms most of his life, he was a Veteran of the US Army, and a active member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, The mens SS Class and the Topagers Seniors group, along with his wife of 61yrs, Pat. His parents are William Robert and Jessie Clarice Hildreth Barksdale.
