Mrs. Barnett died Saturday, Feb 23, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson after a lengthy illness.
Services were led by the Rev. Rickey McKay and burial was in the Barnett family cemetery.
She is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Lena Leverette, Mrs. Belle Martindale and Mrs. May Sue Plunk, all of Duck Hill, Mrs. Jeanette Stafford of Winona and Mrs. Geneva Carpenter of Greenwood, and four brothers, Vardaman Heath of Duck Hill, Granville Heath and George B. Heath of Winona and Sison Heath of Harrison, Ark.
Pallbearers were Ben Johnson, James Leverette, Jessie Heath, Jerry Stafford, B.Y. Brandshaw and David Heath.
Wilcox Funeral Home of Carthage was in charge of arrangements.
