Frances Ruth Abney, age 83, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
Although Frances will be dearly missed, her legacy of kindness and generosity will surely last for generations to come.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earnest Barnwell; mother, Vesta Barnwell; step-mother, Nadine Barnwell; brothers, Roy and Albert Barnwell; mother-in-law, Doris Abney; father-in-law, Holbert Abney; and beloved son, Eddie Wayne Abney.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, May 13 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Jerry Barnwell officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 14 at Jarnagin Cemetery for graveside services.
