Arthur Clint Barrow was the son of Clarence and Rosa Mae (Wilson) Barrow. He was married on July 25, 1942 in Liberty County to Miss Wilma Lee Ladd, daughter of John Lewis and Dorothy (Reavis) Ladd. They had three children. Arthur was a longtime member of the Barbers Hill School Board and in later years served on the Mont Belvieu City Council. He was a former deputy for the late Chambers County Sheriff Louis Otter. He worked for many years at Diamond Shamrock.
