Alfred J. Barry born 4-26-1897 to Charles W. Barry and Alice G. Snyder in Galion, Crawford, Ohio. He was in the circus and carnival business. His 1st marriage was to Mary Smith, daughter of George and Elizabeth Smith of Kentucky, and she is believed to be the mother of his only child, a son they called "Paley". He married Jennie Reynolds of Nashville Tn. Aug. 31, 1945 in Taft, Kern Co. California. They either divorced or marriage was anulled, she is back in Nashville in 1947 living with her sister and using her maiden name. Jennie was billed as the world' smallest woman in that she was perfectly formed having no abnormalities. Alfred was the owner of Unborn Exhibits. Jennie Reynolds died 9-15-1960 in Nashville, TN. A.J. died 6-07-1964 in San Diego, California.

Alfred James Barry,age 21 married Mary Smith, age 23 in Detroit, Michigan on Aug. 18, 1917, she was the daughter of George and Elizabeth Smith. She was born in Kentucky. They had a son, born in 1918 and he called him "Paley". His son was killed in service to his country in WW2.
