Alfred A. Baston, 92 of Poulsbo, was the son of Arthur Alfred & Ellen (McGuire) Baston. He married Lorraine Muldoon on November 27, 1955 in Newport, R.I.

Education: Associate Degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
Military Service: U. S. Navy 1942-1962, retiring as Chief Petty Oficer. Worked for 10 years as a Contract Administrator at the Naval Supply Center in Bremerton.

He was a member of the National Assoc. of Retired Federal Employees and the Fleet Reserve.

Survivors: two nieces
He is preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine in 1998, his parents, a brother, and an infant child.

Inurnment at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in November 14, 2008. Memorial Mass at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Suquamish on Saturday, November 20, 2008 at 11 a.m.
