Hazel B. Baker
Mrs. Hazel B. Baker, 63, 263 N. Washington Drive, Sarasota. died Tuesday in Sarasota.
She moved to Sarasota five years ago from Jenkintown, Pa. She was a past president of the Northside Welcome Wagon.
She leaves her husband, Robert M. Baker, a son, Robert M. Baker Jr. of Winston-Salem, N.C.; two daughters, of Winston-Salem, and of San Antonio, Tex.; two brothers, James W. Battle of Prince Frederick, Md., and David M. Battle of Cape Coral; a sister, Mrs. Bryon Shankle of Waynesboro, and six grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at Robarts Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. J.N. Quello officiating. Burial will be at Sarasota Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
