Adam Bauer of Chicago, a brother of Undertaker John Bauer and Otto Bauer the liveryman of this city, died of consumption on Saturday evening at the family home in Liverpool. The deceased went West 11 years ago. For three years he conducted a barber shop in Chicago with his brother Adolph Bauer. He returned home three weeks ago. He was 34 years old and a member of Kankakee lodge of Odd Fellows, Kankakee, Ill. Besides his mother, Mrs. Margaret Bauer of Liverpool, he is survived by a sister, Margaret and five brothers, John and Otto Bauer of this city, and Adolph, Louis and Jacob Bauer of Chicago. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. to-morrow at the family home and 2:30 o'clock at the German Lutheran church. Burial will be in Liverpool cemetery. Services at the house will be private.
