CASTILE - Mrs. Betty Jane Baylor, age 22, wife of Leon Baylor, died yesterday (April 23, 1960) in Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw, where she had been a patient 10 days.
The service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Portageville Baptist Church, The Rev. Andrew Podlesney will officiate. Burial will be in Grace Cemetery, Castile. Friends may call at the Harmon Funeral Home here.
Mrs. Baylor was the former Betty J. Davis. She was born April 20, 1938 in Perry, a daughter of Paul and Gertrude Bennion Davis. She married Leon Baylor on Dec. 27, 1958.
Surviving are her husband; her parents; a brother, Robert Davis; a sister, Mrs. Jeanne Mayle, all of Castile; and her maternal grandfather, Chester Bennion of Nunda.
