Biography: Vivian was a graduate of Summitville High School-Class of 1941. She received a degree in Home Economics from Ball State Teacher's College in 1960 and then later her Master's degree from Indiana University. She taught in Milan and Vevay schools. She also taught home economics at Van Buren High School in 1960 and retiring from Eastbrook High School in 1981. She was a life member of Summitville Baptist Church and had served on numerous boards of the church. She served her faith in church music and was church pianist at Summitville Baptist since she was in the 7th grade. Many of those years as pianist were served with her mother, Faye as church organist. She was a charter member of the Victory Home Ec Club and had served as President of the Madison County Home Ec Clubs. Vivian was also a member of the Summitville-Van Buren Historical Society. She enjoyed both flower and vegetable gardening, canning and caring for her family.

Officiating: Pastor Woody Noblitt and Dr. Art Jaggard
Interment: Will follow in Forrestville Cemetery in Boone Township
Visitation: Friends may call at the Owens-Noffze Funeral Home, 1009 West Walnut Street, Summitville on Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm or at the church after
12 noon prior to the services on Saturday
