It sounds as though descendent, Walton Everett Bedinger left behind some detailed family papers which a kind descendant was preserving via its recording online. Amazingly, this same 1912 death date was able to be confirmed, via its being printed in an Atlanta GA 1914 city directory online [ancestry, image 311 of 941] amidst other family members, at 51 Waddell; Walton E.
