Amalia Altmann Appleton Post Cresent May 19, 1932

Mrs. Frank Altmann, 57, died at her home Monday noon the result of a stroke which she suffered last Friday.

Emalie Christine Behnke was born October 16, 1877 at Potter and the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Behnke. On December 31, 1899 she was married to Frank Altmann at Hilbert and previous to the past year have resided on a farm in this county.

She is survived by her widower, three daughters, Mrs. A. A. Blauert, Wayside; Mrs. William Peterson, and Miss Eva Altmann, Milwaukee; two sons, Milford and Frank at home; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Adolph Kasper of Hilbert, and Mrs. Emil Dungler of Oshkosh; five brothers, Adolph and Herman Behnke of Hilbert, Otto Behnke of Oshkosh, John Behnke of Wayside and Edward Behnke.

The funeral will be held from the home and at St. Peter Lutheran Church with burial in the parish cemetery. The Rev. R. E. Heschke will officiate.
