JAMES A. BELFORD, of 248A Monroe St. died at his home yesterday after an illness of six months. He was long connected with the engraving business and was member of the Phoenix Engraving Company. He was born in Chareston, S.C and lived for 50 years in Brooklyn. He is survived by his wife Lousie A. Belford, and two daughters Mrs. O Carrabine, of Larchmont, N.Y., and Mrs. Louise D. Best of this boro. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning with a solemn requiem mass in the R. C. Church of the Nativiity at 9:30 o'clock. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
