Ella F. Bell, 84, of Boulder City died Sunday (April 29, 2002) in a local hospital. She was born July 28, 1917, in St. George, Washington County, Utah. A resident for 79 years, she was a retired federal government tour guide.

She is survived by one daughter, Maxine Mansor of Boulder City; one stepson, Kenneth Bell Jr. of Lewiston, N.Y.; and one sister, Janet Dimick of Laverkin, Utah.

Visitation is scheduled 6-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Boulder City Cemetery, 501 Adams Blvd.
