He was born July 7, 1931 in San Bernardino, and was a lifetime resident.
He owned and operated Bell's Towing Service for fifty years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Albert is survived by his two step-daughters; two nieces; two nephews; and sister-in-law, Donna Bell. He was preceded in death by brothers, Frank and Bill Bell, as well as his ex wife, Betsy Bell.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Riverside National Cemetery, Staging area 2.
Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery.
