Joseph Bell, 86, of Las Vegas, died Aug. 6, 2006. He was a retired maintenance person in the air transportation industry. He is survived by his sons, Willie Earl of Port Arthur, Texas, and John of Las Vegas; and daughters, Marva Fay Captian and Delica Lee, both of Port Arthur, Texas, and Michelle of Las Vegas. Visitation will be from 1-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11. Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, both at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial following at Palm Memorial Park.
