Charles was a loving husband and care giver for many years to his deceased wife Mary (Weaver).
Charles retired from the General Motors Columbus Plant in 1980.

(Sennie) of Hilliard and Billy (Joyce) of Plain City; brothers, Francis of Reedsville, OH and Loren (Glenna) of Reedsville, OH; sisters-in-law, Ila Benedum of Columbus and Helen Weaver of Washington CH; brother-in-law, Ray Weaver of Chillicothe; grandchildren, David Benedum of Grove City, Cyndi (Birdell) Fout of Westerville, Tony (Brenda) McCullough of Orma, WV, Durk (Rae) Benedum of London, Matt Benedum of Mechanicsburg, Brian Benedum of Galloway, Doug (Janine) McCullough of New Lexington, Kathy (Chad) Kean of Hilliard, Dan (Karen) Benedum of Columbus and Jason Benedum of London; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Service will be 11 a.m. Friday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St., London with Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating.
Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Alton.
