Arthur Alan Benedum, 62, of McArthur, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 1, 1953 in Dennison, Ohio, son of the late James William and Betty Jane Albaugh Benedum.
He retired from the United States Postal Service, was the past president of the Gahanna Bass Club and loved to golf and hunt.
Arthur is survived by his sons, Bryan Benedum of Milford and Jason (Jodi) Benedum of Blacklick; grandchildren, Kristyn, Ashleigh, Braydon Benedum and Cole Dybic and Kali Kirckwood; brother, Robert Harold (Cathy) Benedum of Sunbury and half brother, James William “Bill” Benedum Jr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jamie Benedum.
No services will be held. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
