Mrs. Berardino, 81, was born Oct 1, 1921 in Petorano, Salcisio, Italy, a daughter of Gaetano and Carmella Monaco Farelli and had lived in the area the past 75 years.
She worked in the central kitchen for the Youngstown Schools and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Berardino, whom she married Aug. 9, 1941; a son, Robert R. of Boardman; two daughters, Elaine M. Moore of Austintown and Saundra J. Cardillo of Boardman; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Dora Cercone of Boardman.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Derno and Frank Farelli.
