Beverley “Bev” Bergstedt

Age 76, of Salem Oregon, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Arrangements are pending. VIRGIL T. GOLDEN FUNERAL SERVICE. 503-364-2257

Salem - Bev was the daughter of Ardell and Jeannette Loerts, and was born in Oakland, CA. Bev Married William (Bill) in May of 1959, they shared 57 wonderful years together. Bev and Bill had three children. Her husband Bill, son Brian and wife Val, son Brad and wife Lil, daughter Becky and husband Doug survive Bev. Bev had 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Bev was the oldest of 5 children and is survived by her sister Susan and brother Martin. Her brother Jack and Mike preceded her in death.

Bev was "Auntie Bev" to over 30 nieces and nephews.

Bev spent any available time working in her garden, and she was actively involved in the MS Foundation.

Bev's greatest joy was her family. She especially looked forward to the holidays where she was surrounded by the love and joy of her family and friends.

Her celebration of life will be January 7, 2017. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association. Assisting is Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
