Albert John Berringer, 77, of Duquesne, passed away Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born Nov. 1, 1938, in Homestead, to Harry and Mary Berringer.

Albert is survived by his beloved wife of many years, Bernadette Berringer.

Albert enjoyed being a public safety officer at Kennywood Amusement Park after his retirement as a welding foreman at Dravo.

Albert is survived by his two sons, Barry J. (Lori) and Alan J. (Kara) Berringer, and daughter, Kathleen A. (Brian) Gilmore; sister, Barbara J. Berringer; two granddaughters, Danielle Gilmore and Kalynn Berringer, and grandson, Cole Berringer.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME.

A funeral ceremony will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Friday at JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
