Mrs. Oakley Ames
Mrs. Vernus Ames, 21, wife of Oakley Ames, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William G. Beveridge, of Ellsworth, Saturday, June 26.
Besides her parents, she leaves her husband and one son, Billy and one sister, Mrs. Bernard Ames of Marianna.
Funeral services will be held in the home of her parents, Tuesday, June 29, at 2 p.m., in charge of the Rev. J. Calvin French. Burial will be in the Beallsville Cemetery
