BETTY J. BILOTTI August 21, 1921 - February 27, 2004 82, of St. Helena died February 27 at St. Helena Hospital. Born in Fresno to Doris and Alfred Gemignani, she was raised in Crockett and relocated to Oakland after her marriage in 1946 to Frank E. Bilotti, who preceded her in death in 1995. Primarily a homemaker, she had been employed at C&H Sugar, the Boy Scouts of America and had a brief career as a night club dancer. She is survived by her brother Alfred Gemignani of Florida, daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Paul Stremel of St. Helena, son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Brendalyn Bilotti of Castro Valley, and son Donald Bilotti of Sonora. Her grandchildren include Todd and Emily Stremel, Susan Apy and Alyssa Bilotti. Services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel in St. Helena on Friday, March 5, at 11 a.m. with internment to follow directly afterwards.
