She was born August 27, 1920, in Erick, OK, to Alfred Bryan Binion and Amy Era [Gibson] Binion. On June 19, 1938, she married Franklin J. Baer in Pampa, TX.
He preceded her in death on February 23, 2004.
Mildred was a prior resident of Dumas, TX, and was active in the First Methodist Church there. Also in Dumas, she was the co-owner of a John Deere Dealership for 30 years and helped with the Girl Scouts.
