Melissa (Bishop) Bard, 36, of Bridgeton, died suddenly at her residence on March 21, 2008. Born to Alonzo and Martha Bishop, she was the wife of Walter S. Bard Jr.
Melissa enjoyed singing and all types of music, she enjoyed spending time with her family, going to church, and she often attended New Life Outreach Church.
Melissa leaves to cherish her memories, her parents, Alonzo and Martha Bishop Jr.; one son, Walter Bard IV; four daughters, Doris, Jessica, Katlyn, and Teresa; three brothers, David, Alonzo, and Steven; one sister, Kathy Harris; one grandchild; and 12 nieces and nephews.
A graveside inturnment is scheduled for Monday, March 31, at 11 at the Fernwood Cemetery, Hopewell Township.
