Della V. Bissell, 80, of Pittsfield, IL died Monday, July 1, 2002, at Liberty Village in Pittsfield. She was born March 6, 1922 in Pleasant Hill, IL to Charles Allen and Mary Frances Howland White. She married Paul Bissell Jr. April 14, 1955 in Pittsfield. He died March 2, 1994. She was a graduate of Pleasant Hill High School. She was a member of the Lakeside Church of Christ in Springfield and attended the Pittsfield Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, Paul Franklin White. Funeral services will be today Wed, July 3, at 2 pm at Ward-Lummis Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill, with Rev. Wilson Ramsey and Ron Baker officiating. Burial is at Crescent Heights Cemetery in Pleasant Hill.
