BLANCHE CARNELE RUTLEDGE BLACK, 73, of Ripley, Miss., formerly of Memphis, homemaker and former employee of Kimberly-Clark, died of an aneurysm Tuesday at Tippah County Hospital in Ripley. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East. Mrs. Black, the widow of John W. Black, leaves a daughter, Linda Read of Memphis; a sister, Melba Luna and a brother, Joe Rutledge, both of Ripley, two grandchildren and a great-grandson.
