Blackwell; sisters, Dorothy Blackwell, Marjorie Keyt; and 2 grandchildren. A Memorial Service was held at April 15, in the Carmel Masonic Lodge 310 1st St. NE., Carmel, IN with inurnment at Crown Hill Cemetery Community Mausoleum.
