One person is dead, another may die and a third suffered severe shock and bruises yesterday afternoon when an automobile driven by Miss Theo Blackburn, 21, of 464 South West Temple street, struck a concrete culvert and turned turtle about two miles south of Bountiful.

Mrs. Alta Blair, 32, wife of Carl W. Blair, former city detective, now with the department of justice at Kansas City, is dead. She suffered a fracture at the base of the skull and internal injuries. Death occurred at 3:30 o'clock. …
