She was the wife of the late Willis F. Beldon.
She was the daughter of the late Herman & Dorothy Conaty Blake.
She attended The Church of the Assumption of Ansonia, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles as well as the Ansonia & Derby Senior Centers.
Charlotte is survived by her three daughters, June of Ansonia, Lauralee of Derby & Deborah of Seymour, three grandchildren Jason & Jaymie, both of Seymour & Kevin of Ansonia, her sister Doris of Nevada, and brothers Warren Blake of Florida & Thomas Blake of Waterbury.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Robert Blake Sr.
Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
