ATHENS- Funeral services for Albert J. Blasingame, 52, general delivery, Athens, who was killed Sunday afternoon when the car, in which he was a passenger, was struck by a train about 2.5 miles south of here, will be today at 2 p.m. from the Hillsboro Baptist Church in Lawrence County with the Rev. Jack Freeman conducting.
Burial will be in Penny Cemetery with McConnell Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Beddue Hutto, Athens 7; Mrs. Gladys Thrasher, Hillsboro; Mrs. Coling Hamilton, Birmingham; two brothers, Gilbert and Winford Blasingame, Athens.
