She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Joseph; devoted children, Karen Altman and William Altman; beloved grandchildren, Julia Wolkoff, Weston & Jesse Altman; nieces & nephews. Miriam taught in the Rochester City & Brighton School Districts for almost 20 years.
Funeral Services will be held on MONDAY at 2 PM at Temple B'rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Ave.). Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends on MONDAY 7-9 PM & TUESDAY 2-4 & 7-9 PM at 62 Greenwood Park in Pittsford. Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice in her memory.
