Mrs. C.M. Armstrong.
Mina D. Armstrong, 1725 Hamilton street SW, wife of C.M. Armstrong, died at her home at 1 p.m. Thursday after a brief illness. Born Feb. 15, 1895, at Anamosa, she had resided in Cedar Rapids since 1918 and was affiliated with Trinity Methodist church. The Armstrongs were married at Anamosa Nov. 30, 1918.
Surviving, besides her husband, are three children, John Donald, of Lynwood, Calif., Mrs. Pauline Renstrom of Tulare, Calif., and Clarence of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren; five sisters, Emma Wink of Wyoming, Ia., Gertie O'Deen of Oxford Junction, Ora O'Deen of ANamosa, Eva Gustafson of Vinton and Bertha Womach of Cedar Rapids, and five brothers, C. Winnie Blood, Ernest and Lewis of Cedar Rapids, Delbert and Chalsea[sic], of Geneseo, Ill.
Services will be conducted at the Rohn chapel at 2:30 p.m. Monday by Dr. H.M. Grant. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
