J. E. [Jerushia Elsie] Blood, daughter of Asa Blood, was born in New York State 9 Dec 1820.


She was married to Jeremiah S[tuart?] Andrews (1818 - 1898) in Ridgeway Township, Orleans County, New York 20 Oct 1841; she died in Genesee Township, Genesee County, Michigan 23 Dec 1898.


The "Flint Daily News", predecessor of the Flint Journal, recorded: "Jerush[i]a, widow of the late Jeremiah Andrews, died at her home in Genesee yesterday aged 74 years." (Flint Daily News, "Fragments of Flint", 24 Dec 1898, p 3).

1.) Elsie Delia Andrews (1842 - death date unknown) burial monument at Upton Cemetery.
