CURWENSVILLE - Mrs. Mina S. Bell, widow of William L. Bell, died at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Grace Bell, of Pike Township, Curwensville R.D., Sunday at 8:15 a.m. She was 71 years old.
Mrs. Bell was born in Pike Township Nov. 17, 1880, the daughter of Allen and Mary Horne Bloom, and had spent her entire life in Pike Township. She was a member of the Susquehanna Grange, Curwensville.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Arvilla Wise, Clearfield, and an adopted son, Franklin Norris Bell, of Harrisburg. She also leaves 11 grandchildren, and these brothers and sisters: Clarence Keller, Curwensville R.D., and Baker Bloom, Tucson, Ariz. Her husband and two sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held from the Mrs. Grace Bell home Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ezra Parks officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the Bell home this evening and until time of services Wednesday.
