A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 12, at 9:30 a.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd. Bob Russell will officiate. Billie Jane Blue was born December 3, 1922, in Oklahoma to John E. and Nina E. Bills. Billie was a member of the Church of Christ. She loved her family as well as her Church family. She also enjoyed sewing and gardening. Billie is survived by her daughters, Wilma Carr and Jenette Medbery; brothers, Herman Bills and Ed Bills; sisters, Mary Lomax, Fran Milner and Betty La-Mar; granddaughter, Julie Atkin and husband, Kyle; great- grandchildren, Andrew and Rhyan Atkin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
