Sandra J. (Blume) Allisbaugh, 53 years old of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at St. Joseph Hospital.
She was born on Tuesday, August 2, 1960 in Adams County, Indiana the daughter of the late Edward A. Blume and the late Patricia A. (Byrd) Agler.
Sandra served her country in the United States Army.
She attended Broadway Christian Church in Fort Wayne where she was an active volunteer. She also attended Jubilee Ministries through LOVE, Inc in Decatur.
Surviving are her brother, Michael Blume of Decatur; niece, Samantha Blume of Decatur; uncle, Eugene (Kris) Blume of Decatur; aunt, Joan (Charles) Fuhrman of Decatur; uncle, Donald (Sandy) Blume of Decatur; aunt, Dianne (Samuel) Ortiz of Decatur; and aunt, Betty Blume of Fort Wayne.
Preceding Sandra in death were a sister, Pamela K. Blume and two uncles, Jesse Blume, Jr. & David Blume.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 3, 2014 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home with Chaplain John Follett officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #43 of Decatur.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, January 2 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur.
