DENMARK - Evelena Blume Adams, 75, of Denmark, passed away November 3, 2006, at her Jacksonville, N.C., home. The loving mother of nine children, she was preceded in death by her son, David W. Adams.
She is survived by her brother, Julius W. Blume of Trenton; William T. Adams, father of surviving children, William D. Adams, Ruth E. Adams. Benjamin T. Adams, Joseph R. Adams, Rachel L. Adams, Walter A. Adams, Rebecca K. Adams and Jeanine L. Adams. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in Denmark Cemetery, Denmark, with the Reverend Pete Cassidy and Drew Parker officiating.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville, N.C.
