Dolores M. Altergott of Prospect Heights
Prayers for Dolores M. Altergott (nee Bolger), 83, will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Mass will follow at Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 432 W. Park St., Arlington Heights.
Born Jan. 16, 1918, in Chicago, she died Friday, May 25, 2001, at Church Creek Nursing Center, Arlington Heights. Mrs. Altergott was a retired secretary for Illinois Bell.
Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane E. (Gregory) Robbins of Palatine; grandchildren, Megan and Gregory Robbins; sisters, Elaine Binacalana of Castle Creek, Colo., and Marilyn Ford of Hickory Hills; and brother, John (Joan) Bolger of North Aurora.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; son, Fred John Altergott; sisters, Helen Crosby and Celeste (Richard) Anderson; and brother, Robert Bolger. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
