Peter Boll [jr.] of Rockville was doing business here Friday. His father, who had been sick for some time, died a week ago last Friday and was buried in the German cemetery north of Boelus. We did not know this last week until after the [Dannebrog] News was printed.

Mr. Boll was one of the old settlers, he was quite well known and had many friends here. He was a good man, a hard worker and honest and upright in all his dealings.

He leaves an aged wife, two sons and one daughter to mourn his loss.
