Services will be held in Jacques' chapel Monday at 2:15 p.m. for George Henry Bomford, 78, 2604 Carleton St., who died Friday.
Born in Gloucestershire, England, Mr. Bomford came to Calgary 40 years ago. He had been employed as a mail clerk with the C.P.R. for 25 years, prior to retiring in 1934.
His wife, Maude, died in Calgary in December, 1943.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. L. N. Wishart, Calgary, Mrs. James Foster, Dapp; three brothers, Seymour, Medicine Hat, Herbert, Warwickshire, England, Nelson, South Africa, and seven grandchildren.
