Roma A. Bauscher, 84, of Krumsville Road, Lenhartsville, died in her residence on Friday morning, Sept. 14, 2007. She was the widow of Paul E. Bauscher, who died in 1990.

She was born in Albany Township, Berks County, a daughter of the late Paul W. and Libbie G. (Hamm) Bond. She and her husband were the operators of a dairy farm in Albany Township and also had a produce market route in the Reading area for many years retiring in 1990. She was a member and former Sunday school teacher of Friedens Lutheran Church, Stony Run, Pa.

Survivors: Includes her son, Paul M. Bauscher and his wife, Carolyn, of Kempton; two sisters, Evelyn M. Kunkel of Nazareth and Erma M. Merkel of Lenhartsville; brother, Norman P. Bond of Kutztown; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn N. Hoppes, in 1990, and by a sister, Marion E. Lesher, and most recently by a brother, Stanley C. Bond.

Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007 in Friedens Lutheran Church, 9727 Red Road, Stony Run. Friends may call from 9:30-11 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Burial in adjoining cemetery. The Rev. Ned Dresher officiating. Arrangements, Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pa.

Contributions: The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions to either the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association, c/o the funeral home, 18066.
