Josephine Tucci Bongo, 94, of North Syracuse died Wednesday at James Square Health & Rehabilitation Centre.
Born in Pennsylvania, she lived in Syracuse all her life. She formerly worked for Learbury Clothes and New Process Gear. She was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
Her husband, James, died in 1977.
Survivors: A daughter, Theresa Scuderi of North Syracuse; a son, Joseph of Syracuse; two sisters, Helen Barnaba and Lucille Busco, both of Syracuse; a brother, John Tucci of Winston-Salem, N.C.; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
Services: 8:15 a.m. Saturday at Pirro & Sons Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Burial, Assumption Cemetery
