BEZANSON, Helen Maude - 78, Tatamagouche, passed away Friday, December 3, 2004, in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Lake Road, Colchester Co., she was a daughter of the late Ben and Elizabeth (Bonnyman) Tattrie. She was a 40 year member of the Freedom Rebekah Lodge No. 62. She liked to knit and make quilts. She is survived by son, Donald, Revestroke, B.C.; daughters, Linda (Vic) MacKenzie, Wentworth; Diane (Erroll) Tattrie; Wilma (Paul) Langille, Balmoral; sister, Louise Watson, Balmoral; half-sisters, Jessie (Kenneth) Patriquin, Tatamagouche; Phyllis Tattrie, Hamilton, Ont.; half-brother, Arthur Tattrie, Hamilton, Ont.; companion, Wilburn Douglas, Tatamagouche; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Raymond, and sons, Ross and Eldon. Visitation will be today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in MacLeod's Funeral Home in River John. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 7, at 2 p.m. in Middleton Union Church, Rev. Mary Rowe officiating. Burial in Forest Hill Cemetery, Denmark. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Shore Health and Services Foundation or charity of choice.
